1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how PT Alia Primavera (“Company”, “we”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects data when using the Medico Teams App (“App”).

This App is a private, internal companion application intended solely for employees and interns of PT Alia Primavera. It is not a public app, does not support public registration, and is distributed via Unlisted App Distribution on the Apple App Store.

All personal and employment-related data is centrally managed by the Company’s internal HRIS (Human Resource Information System). The App acts only as a secure interface to that system.

2. Scope of the App

The App is limited to the following functions:

  • Clock-in and clock-out attendance recording
  • Capture of location and photo during attendance events
  • Viewing wage or payroll information (read-only)

The App does not provide any social, messaging, analytics, advertising, or public-facing features.

3. No Public Registration or User Input

  • Users cannot register or sign up through the App.
  • User identity is pre-provisioned and verified automatically via secure API integration with the Company’s HRIS.
  • The App does not request or allow manual input of personal identifiers such as names, phone numbers, or email addresses.

All identity data already exists in the Company’s ERP/HRIS system and is not created by this App.

4. Data Collected by the App

The App collects only the minimum data necessary to perform attendance-related functions:

a. Location Data

  • Collected only at the time of clock-in or clock-out
  • Used solely to verify attendance location (e.g. on-site or field work)
  • Not tracked continuously
  • Not used for profiling or monitoring outside attendance events

b. Photo Capture

  • Captured only during clock-in or clock-out
  • Used solely for identity verification and attendance validation
  • Required primarily for off-site or field work scenarios

c. User Identifier

  • A system-generated internal user ID is fetched from the Company’s HRIS
  • Not manually entered by the user
  • Used only to associate attendance records with existing HR data

5. Data NOT Collected

The App does not collect or request:

  • Names
  • Phone numbers
  • Email addresses
  • Contacts
  • Messages
  • Device address book
  • Browsing data
  • Advertising identifiers
  • Analytics or usage tracking data
  • Any data unrelated to attendance and payroll

Any personal information visible in the App (such as wage data) is retrieved from the HRIS system and not stored or processed independently by the App.

6. Purpose of Data Use

Collected data is used exclusively for:

  • Attendance logging
  • Work location verification
  • Payroll and wage calculation support
  • Internal operational compliance

Data is never used for marketing, advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making outside company policy.

7. Data Storage and Security

  • All data is transmitted over secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
  • Data is stored and processed only within the Company’s private HRIS infrastructure.
  • The App does not store attendance photos or location data permanently on the device beyond operational needs.

Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel in accordance with Company policies.

8. No Third-Party Sharing

  • The App does not use third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising services.
  • No data is shared with external parties.
  • All data flows strictly between the App and the Company’s internal HRIS system.

9. Access Limitation

This App is accessible only to:

  • Employees of PT Alia Primavera
  • Interns or temporary staff explicitly provisioned by the Company

Access requires pre-configured credentials or device enrollment managed by the Company’s IT department.

10. User Rights

Because this App is part of an internal corporate system:

  • Requests to access, correct, or delete personal data must be directed to the Company’s HR or IT department.
  • Data retention and handling follow Company HR and employment policies.

11. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect operational or regulatory changes.

Updates will be made available through official Company communication channels.
