Overview
The Medico Teams Attendance App is a private, internal application operated by PT Alia Primavera. It is designed exclusively for company employees and interns and does not provide public user registration.
All user-related data accessed by this app is managed centrally by the Company’s internal HRIS (Human Resource Information System). The app itself does not independently store personal data outside of operational attendance records.
What Data Is Associated With This App
The app may process the following data only during attendance events:
- Attendance records (clock-in / clock-out)
- Location data at the time of attendance
- Attendance photo captured at the time of clock-in or clock-out
- Internal user identifier (from the Company’s HRIS)
No additional personal data is collected through this app.
How to Request Data Deletion
Because this app is part of an internal corporate system, data deletion requests are handled outside the app.
To request deletion of your data:
- Contact the HR or IT Department of PT Alia Primavera
- Submit a request indicating:
- Your full name
- Employee / intern identification (as registered internally)
- Type of request (data deletion, correction, or access)
Requests will be processed in accordance with:
- Company internal policies
- Employment and payroll record retention requirements
- Applicable laws and regulations
Important Notes About Data Deletion
- Certain records (such as attendance and payroll data) may not be immediately deletable due to:
- Legal obligations
- Employment regulations
- Internal audit requirements
- When deletion is not legally possible, access to the data will be restricted and the data will no longer be actively used.
No Third-Party Data Storage
- No user data is shared with third parties.
- No data is stored or processed by Meta, Facebook, or Instagram beyond authentication or platform access requirements (if applicable).
- All operational data resides within PT Alia Primavera’s private systems.
